Frequently Asked Questions

  1. Are you a qualified Vet Nurse?

Yes, I’m a qualified Veterinary Nurse regisitered with the Royal College of Veterinary Surgeons (RCVS). This means I have clinical training far beyond that of a standard pet sitter or groomer, including knowledge of medications, post-operative care and recognising signs of illness.

  2. Are you insured?

Absolutely. I hold full professional pet care insurance, which covers me while caring for your animals. Details available on request.

  3. What happens if my pet becomes unwell while in your care?

As a Vet Nurse, I’m trained to recognise and respond to health emergencies. I will contact you immediately, and if necessary, take your pet to your registered vet (or the nearest emergency practice if out of hours) with your permission.

  4. Do you look after all types of pets?

I primarily care for dogs, cats, and small animals. I’m happy to discuss other pets, just get in touch.

  5. What is a meet and greet?

A free, no-obligation visit where I come to your home to meet you and your pets. We’ll go through your pet’s routine, health needs, any quirks, and I’ll answer all your questions. Most clients tell me this gives them complete piece of mind before their first booking.

  6. Do you offer discounts for multiple bookings?

Yes, multi-pet and additional services are eligible for a reduced rate. Ask me about this when you get in touch.

  7. What areas do you cover?

I’m based in Lawley, Telford and cover a wide area of Shropshire. See what areas I cover here for full details, or just contact me with your postcode.
